Is this happening??

Okay – so we have started the move…although I wouldn’t consider our house really liveable. We have no bathroom and no kitchen..check out the photos below of our kitchen (what’s left of it)!

We hired a moving company – they are coming on Wednesday to move the big stuff but I still have so much to do…I have to make sure I have enough clothes because we are not going to have laundry until my dad comes in 2 WEEKS! What am I going to freakin do? and my poor nail is on the verge of breaking off..should I just rip it off?AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Another Day in Paradise

Ahhhhhhh…okay I really need to get my priorties in order. I need to post more on here. I was reading in Business 2.0 – all bloggers should check out this month edition – about how to make money on your blog. They said you should post at least 12 times before noon! I’m lucky if I post everyday. They also said you should have bookmarks to many other blogs and then those people will reciprocate by putting a link to you on their blog. Over to the house tonight to finish painting…fun! I could have gone to Black Eyed Peas and Pussycat Dolls tonight for free..but no…I am painting..endless painting..oh and they are now sold out of my blinds on domestications.com – so I am going to have to buy them at Lowe’s for $5 more a piece..which is fine..hope they look the same..

It’s Coming…It’s Coming

So..Ashley Parker Angel was a raging success…If I inserted the damn picture right it should be at the bottom of here…
The move is coming..the move is coming..So we have to be out of our apartment 1 week from tomorrow. are we ready? Hell no! We have taken a total of 5 things over to the new house…someone bought our kitchen cabinets thought – that’s good. We (I) still have a lot to get done. Austin claims his part is almost finished..the bathroom that is..I still have to paint the trim in our bedroom and our living room..and PACK OUR ENTIRE FREAKIN HOUSE! Help!

I have been very good about keeping my little food diary..we will see what the nutrionist says..

I am so tired- I can’t stop yawning. We are burning the midnight oil every single night at that horrible place. I can’t wait until it’s done.

I have my event with Ashley Parker Angel this weekend at The Hanover Mall so keep your fingers crossed it’s not a mob scene. Ideally I would like 800 people. That would be good. Anymore than that is just too hard to handle. I’ve put the Hanover police in my speed dial just in case some little teeny bopper decides to go postal.

My intern Karina is almost done with her internship. I am a little sad..she did such an amazing job! I don’t know what I am going to do with out her.

Belly hurts today…keeping my little food diary to try and figure out what I can eat. Found out last night egg roll’s are a no no. ;-(

Surprise…surprise…

Okay, so Austin does know how to do electrical work. Sunday night he did all his little wiring in the new bathroom and it actually freakin worked. Well, after he figured out how to turn the power back on to the whole house. I am not going to lie – I doubted his ability – and I was wrong. He has done a very good job. We have one room almost completly done. The floor just needs to be cleaned with hardwood floor cleaner and we are there..yay! something is completed finally.

Went to the doctor yesterday..more pills . But the good news is I can start the trial and error process for figuring out what I can eat. I started last night and Trader Joe’s Beef Burrito’s will NOT be in my diet. hahaha.

I am so seeepppyyy…We are not getting to bed until midnight because we are working on this house…speaking of bed we bought a new one – a KING size one. I am SO freakin excited. That’s all I got for now..

Another day in remodeling hell

Okay – so never remodel your house. Buy a house that needs NO work! This house situation just gets better and better. So, I go over last night and Austin says to me, “I just want to show you what the sink will look like once it’s in”. He shows me and what do you know..you can’t get to the toilet without turning sideways because the damn thing sticks out so far. Who knew?? ha. Well, that means that we have to buy a different one. So we went to Home Depot, our second home, and they have a small one that will work..for an additional $200 on top of the $70 I already paid for the first sink – which I can’t return because I bought it off craigslist. Back up it is going! And now we need an electrician because Austin is to “busy” to do the work. What does all this add up to? MORE MONEY THAT WE DON’T HAVE! I just want to be done and moved in. I have been looking for second jobs, but do I have time for a second job? I don’t think so…So I have resorted to selling everything that I own. If I have not touched it in the last 6 months it is going on craigslist/ebay. I need moolah people.

Also, did you know that exhaust fans were meant to take out the extra moisture in the room when you take a shower? I always thought it was just for stinky poop’s. ha.

Does it ever end?

The madness..does it ever end…I have been so busy lately. no time to write..We were in Chicago two weekends ago and i was in St.Louis last weekend..all for these lovely weddings…it is never ending…just one more Sept. 16th! We have got to finish this stupid house…we have not completed one single thing! Last night..the bathtub wouldn’t fit up the staircase so we had to cut the ceiling out of the hall steps to get it up there…good thing my dad is good at fixing holes in drywall. haha. I am so sleeeeeeeeepy…work is progressing..I go from being super busy one minute to just somewhat busy the next…and I can’t stop sweating!
